The Gaeon build continues in this second part!  I've completed the arms and legs and will share the process in this post.  Here we go! IMG_0844 We start off with the shoulder assembly which is a simple two half deal with one polycap and a dark purple part in between.  Here you can see a panel lined half compared to the other that hasn't yet been lined. IMG_0845 Here's the assembled shoulder unit.  Nice and quick to put together! IMG_0846IMG_0847IMG_0848 The next step is to wrap this foil sticker around.  I'm impressed by the precision of some of these stickers!  This one wraps around three sides but has many angled facets and yet it all simple aligns perfectly! IMG_0849 The elbow join is assembled by putting four small parts together. IMG_0865 The bottom part of the elbow joint gets covered in these two lower arm parts. IMG_0866 Here are all the parts that make up one arm just before putting them together. IMG_0867 That's the arm assembly done and attached to the assembly from part 1 of the build. IMG_0870 It's just a rinse and repeat for the other arm.  Top half completed! IMG_0871 Like the elbow joint, the knee joint is also made up of four parts, but they're larger in size. IMG_0872 Next step is to cover the top part with these halves. IMG_0873 The bottom half of the leg is more elaborate in design, but it is still a simple two half build. The poly-cap is inserted in the bottom part to connect to the feet. IMG_0874 Now that the leg is taking shape, these parts are added to finish off the main leg part. IMG_0875 Looks good to me!  ^_^ IMG_0876 The ankle assembly is a very simple 3 part build. IMG_0877 Bird's eye view of the foot parts as well as the assembled ankle. IMG_0878 Here's the completed foot.  I really like the look of this! IMG_0879 Connecting the foot to the leg and adding the join on top of the leg finishes off this part. IMG_0880 Gaeon is starting to take shape! IMG_0881 Here he is standing tall! That's it for this part.  In the third and final part I'll be assembling the signature feature of Gaeon, the backpack mounted Big Arm Unit! Let's hear it from the more seasoned builders out there!  What would you have done differently in this build?  I'd love to learn!
